60th Wedding Anniversary Quilt

I started this quilt last January for Michael's grandparents as a gift for their 60th wedding anniversary. It took me almost 9 months to complete it but I am beyond thrilled with the results. It is a crazy quilt pattern with wide border. If you look closely in the second picture you can see a bit of the border. The fabric has hearts and doves on it -- very appropriate for an anniversary gift, don't you think? A very wonderful and talented lady, Char Koppenol of Allendale, MI, quilted it on her longarm. These are the best pictures I have of it right now as we forgot our camera the day we visited to see the quilt actually ON the bed.
