My favorite local grocery store marks down close dated meat almost everyday and I picked up 15.30 pounds of ground hamburger.  It's not the leanest grind (is that what you call it?) so I boil it in a stockpot so that I can drain off the extra fat.  I "think" I'll make sloppy joes, burrito/taco filling, and ???? for the freezer.  I'll be   sure to post recipes and pictures of my lovely meals when I get done.
