Thank you for understanding the quietness around here lately. =)
I don't know how it happened but Abigail has just one more week of school before Christmas Break. We'll probably spend a couple days in DE doing girly-artsy-crafty things together, drive to Pittsburgh to spend some time with Mr. K, and then continue on to Michigan to spend Christmas with family.
Every morning I get on the computer to check email, read blogs, and see what's going on at Dutch Girl Diary. Without fail there is one or two new followers every day ... that just blows me away!
Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
Love,
Erin
PS - I finished another Log Cabin Blanket ... it's cute as a button but needs to be blocked. =)

All the best to you and your family for the season :))
I have made the log cabin pattern and it was so quick and easy .. thankyou for sharing :))
I recently found your blog and was impressed with your public display of your faith! As a like-minded gal of totally Dutch ancestors, raised in the Reformed denomination I was excited to see your "What I Believe" section right up there on the blog! Go girl! ( I live quite near the Dutch settlement in Iowa called Pella) lol
Thanks for visiting my blog, Mary. =) I hope you come back!
Growing up Dutch Reformed was always kind of "eh", but now that I am older I see what a blessing it was.
Being a Calvinist who believes in the absolute Sovereignty of God has helped me IMMENSELY in this whole job change/move to Pittsburgh situation.
God Bless You!
