Seeing Squares

Miss A colored this for me last summer.
I tucked it away in my Studio knowing that one day it would become Something.

That Something just might be my Summer Project.  =)

It is very inspiring!

Perhaps a pieced quilt with little 2 1/2" blocks out of Kona Cotton.

Maybe 2 round granny squares joined-as-I-go.
Should I use wool or cotton yarn?

How many colors do you see ... I count 18.  =)

Love always,

Erin

i'd definitely go with the kona quilt~ or maybe dye your own fabric! that would give it the sort of neat colored-in feel if you purposely left it a bit spotty. Can't wait to see!

It is beautiful. I am making a 2 round granny, join as you go at the moment. I am using 27 colours of Stylecraft and it is looking beautiful - like jewels. Whatever you decide it will be gorgeous. x

Sarah, I was actually thinking of dyeing the YARN for this project as I have lots of undyed sock yarn in my stash from my biz days. =)

Oh yes...
The little Nana squares would be just perfect for this project...
I do hope you try them...they are so easy and fun to make...
